Welcome to The Growth Compass (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of our website www.growth-compass.co, as well as our coaching sessions and workshops (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

Definitions

To keep things clear, here are some key terms used in this document:

  • “Services”: All offerings from The Growth Compass, including coaching sessions and workshops.

  • “Client”: Any individual or entity using our Services.

  • “Coach”: A professional from The Growth Compass who delivers coaching or facilitates workshops.

  • “Materials”: Any content or resources we provide, such as Human Design charts or session notes.

Services Provided

We offer the following Services:

  • Coaching Sessions: One-on-one or group sessions blending Human Design and therapeutic coaching techniques.

  • Workshops: Free or paid events, held in-person (Vancouver, BC) or online, to introduce our methods and gather feedback.

Details like pricing, session duration, and scheduling will be outlined in separate agreements or on our website.

Payment Terms

  • Payment in Advance: All Services require payment upfront to secure your booking.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Stripe (through Calendly) and Eventbrite. Additional options may be added later.

  • Late Payments: If payment is overdue, we may suspend your access to Services until settled. Late fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Coaching Sessions:

    • Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund or to reschedule.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

  • Workshops:

    • Free workshops: No refunds apply.

    • Paid workshops: Refunds are available if canceled 7+ days before the event. After that, no refunds are offered, but you may transfer your spot to someone else with prior notice.

We may cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you’ll receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or during sessions.

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions (late arrivals may shorten session time without refund).

  • Respect the confidentiality of others in group settings.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Materials provided by The Growth Compass—such as Human Design charts, coaching notes, or workshop content—are our exclusive property. You may not:

  • Copy, share, or distribute Materials without our written consent.

  • Use Materials commercially or in ways that compete with our Services.

You own your personal data and feedback but allow us to use anonymized feedback to improve our Services.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • “As Is” Services: Our Services are provided “as is,” without guarantees of specific results.

  • Limitation of Liability: We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in question.

  • No Professional Advice: Our Services support personal growth but aren’t a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for those needs.

Privacy and Data Protection
