1. SERVICES

We provide Human Design analyses, workshops, courses and products. These services are for personal growth, education, and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking with us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.

  • All fees are listed in CAD and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 before your session.

  • Refunds (if offered) will be issued according to our posted cancellation policy.

  • Missed or late appointments may not be refunded.

5. SESSION RECORDINGS & NOTES

With your consent, sessions may be recorded and transcribed using AI tools.

  • You’ll receive a copy of the recording/notes.

  • Recordings and documents are deleted after a set period (every few months) to protect your privacy.

  • You may opt out of recordings at any time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES

All materials provided (including session notes, recordings, course content, and written guides) are for your personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, or distribute them without our written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are intended for personal growth and self-awareness. We do not guarantee specific results.

  • We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information provided.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Growth Compass is not responsible for damages arising from your use of our services or website.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may link to or use third-party platforms (e.g. scheduling, payment, email, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
